Specification

Our Window and Door products are manufactured from Impact Modified PVC-U hollow chambered profiles. During the manufacuring process extruded profiles are quality inspected in accordance with CSTB, UATc, KIWA-KOMO & BBA certifications. Wymar Windows have been tested and approved by the Britsh Board of Agrèment under Assessment Report 1245.

REINFORCING
Where required, Wymar Windows and Doors are reinforced with galvanised steel sections or mill finish aluminium sections to the recommendations of our technical Department.

PRODUCT PERFROMANCE
Wymar Windows and Doors have been design tested to meet the requirements of BBA 1245 weather performance and functional testing.

EFFECTS OF FIRE ON PVC
Typical test results below, for rigid and flexible PVC compared to wood indicate that it is more difficult to ignite than wood.
